operation vaccination

Seaville UMC works with a team of over 20 people to secure vaccine appointments for the most vulnerable in our community.  All vaccine appointments are made through the Mega Site in Atlantic City, which is run by Atlanticare.  Please use the form below to enter your details, and double check your eligibility status before submitting.  We can not guarantee that we will be able to make you an appointment, but we are usually able to secure appointments for people within a week.

At this point in time, we will not be rescheduling appointments for anyone.  We are only booking new appointments.
