Our "By the Pond" Concert Series brings three of our favorite things together! Music, Food and Fellowship (not to mention the great Chinese Auction Prizes!) Our SUMC Music Ministry sponsors this event each summer. The concert's title portrays each theme for the concert, such as "Broadway by the Pond." This show had several sets from many wonderful Broadway shows! You can enjoy clips from this particular concert below.
This summer, we are looking forward to hosting "Country by the Pond." Local, professional performers volunteer their time and talent to put on a great show! Head Chef Rob (Rob Pacione) prepares a delicious pasta meal complete with side salad, bread basket and dessert buffet. We have also been lucky enough to offer a Chinese Auction with several prizes, gift cards, baskets and more...all donated by our local merchants and businesses. All proceeds of the evening go to SUMC's general fund so that it may be divided up and used for it's many ministries, missions and outreach projects.
